SWRC membership is available to any government, educational institution or business within the southern Willamette Valley with an interest in promoting the mission and goals of SWRC. Memberships come in three classes. Full members, such as corporate members, the larger cities and the educational institutions pay a membership fee of $995 a year. Smaller governmental entities are given a reduced membership of $275 a year. Membership associations and groups such as the Chambers of Commerce are allowed to join SWRC as non-voting members for $125.
